Starting from a simple logo and a goggle model, taking into account your brand identity, our creative design team will make your goggles look as good as it possibly can.
As soon as the 3D files are ready, we are able to create the first physical prototypes with our state-of-the-art 3D printers. These prototypes help us to test how well the component parts work together, improving the overall function for later stages.
At this stage, our designer is already virtually modeling the pieces, frames, lenses shapes etc. in 3D thanks to dedicated software. This crucial step typically improves the usefullness of early prototypes and often saves time in the development process.
Once you are 100% satisfied and have signed off on your goggles, we will then start the production process in the quickest manner.
After the injection is molded, we need to clean the dust off the lenses so that it doesn’t affect the coming filter coating process.
The raw lenses are then ready to be coated with a special filter on the outer lens, which usually takes around 3 hours. During this process, different colors, LT(Visible Light Transmission), AR, Hydrophobic, anti-scrach features are added.
The finished products will then be inspected under strict instructions. Damage like scratch, dust, distortion on the lenses are not accepted and will be sorted out during this process.
